    General tips

Below we present issues related to the office use rules. If you can’t find something, let us know or have a look at your contract.

WHAT CAN BE CHANGED IN YOUR OFFICE

If you relocate to another facility, the office should be restored to its original state. Any modifications should be able to be reversed. Without special permission, you are allowed to exchange of blinders.

With a special permission, you are allowed to:

Hang posters, pictures, signs, TVs on the walls (as long as they are not visible from the outside).

    Place stickers on glass doors.

Install hanging decorations (as long as they are not visible from the outside).

Paint walls and lay structural plaster, etc.

    Make changes to flooring.

    Make changes regarding floor outlets.

Make changes to existing office equipment.

    Make changes to intercom.

    Pro tip

Each of the above modifications requires the approval of the property manager and the technical manager. To get it, list them and request their approval on the works advancement form.

    WHAT CANNOT BE DONE?

You cannot make changes to your windows as well if the following situations arise:

You have not obtained written permission to make the change.

You want to make changes that cannot be undone prior to moving out.

You want to make changes that the facility manager objects to.

    Office renovation

A little renovation? No problem! Still, you need to get the property manager’s approval first. If renovation works are disruptive, for example noisy, they must be done after 6 p.m. or at the weekend.

    Pro tip

Report the renovation work to the property manager by email, submitting an approval form. You can begin renovation work as soon as you are granted permission.

    Common areas

Freedom in your own home!. Still, not where employees of different companies meet. Apart from the examples given in the branding section, you must not display any signs, information, flags, posters, adverts etc. in common areas. This applies to windows, doors, corridors and other shared parts of the building unless you are given special permission. To get it, make sure that everything you want to put in common areas is unobtrusive and fits in with the surroundings.

    Pro tip

During working hours, you must not cause noise above 45 decibels. You are also not permitted to cause any disturbance or odours that could in any way disturb the people in the building.
