How do I get my access cards?
Before relocating to Silesia Star, provide the property manager with the number of cards you need and the access profiles to be assigned to them. The cards will be issued to your company. You are in charge of distributing them, therefore it is required to keep internal records. The records should indicate which card is being used by whom. This is for our mutual security.
You will receive the cards upon handing over the premises.
Cards look
You will receive them from the property manager and should not modify them in any way. If you stick something on them, they may not work properly.
Issuing new cards
However, you don’t need to worry about the exact number of access cards your company initially needs to have – we can always issue more for a fee! You can request them by sending an email to security manager. The request should contain all the data necessary to program them.
Pro tip
Should you need to modify the details on your access card or wish to obtain a new card, please contact the authorised person in the administration department of your company. Only this person is authorised to request this from the property manager.
Access management
Each card can be programmed to give you access to different areas, such as locker room or dedicated office access hours. Choose what you need and customise the card to suit you!
CARD MODIFICATION STEP BY STEP
Provide security manager with an email request to modify access data on the access card.
Don’t forget to include the serial number of the card you want to modify.
If you wish to add access to the underground car park, please submit your card to the security staff for an update.
Building security will implement the changes as soon as possible.
Lost or damaged card
One of your employees has lost or damaged their access card? No problem! Simply report its deactivation to building security immediately to block access. The tenant bears the cost of issuing a new card which is 100 PLN. You will receive the card as soon as possible.
CARD EXCHANGE STEP BY STEP
Provide security manager with an email request to deactivate a damaged or lost card.
Be sure to include the serial number of the card you wish to deactivate.
Building security will program the new card as soon as possible once the approval from the property manager has been granted.
A new card will be issued within one day.
