Our cleaning company
The Koloryt company is responsible for maintaining the common parts of the building.
Would you like it to keep your office clean as well? No problem! Simply contact their representative. The frequency and scope of services depends on you. Cleaning can be carried out even on weekends.
However, you have full freedom in choosing a company that will take care of your office. Please note that once you have signed a contract with a cleaning company, the property manager should receive the following information from you:
- the name of the cleaning company,
- registered office details,
- the details of the individual responsible for supervising the cleaning works and the details of the people responsible for the works on your office premises.
You will need access cards for people responsible for cleaning your office. You should request them from the property manager. They are issued for a fee.
Pro tip
Cleaning is only one of the services provided by Koloryt. By signing a separate contract with the company, you can also have your office disinfected. If you would like to order this service, please contact a representative.
Waste sorting
We focus on green solutions and expect you to do the same – please sort your waste according to the applicable guidelines. Where to put it? The waste containers can be found on the ground floor in a separate room. Access to it is illustrated on the plan below.
